David’s career in construction and development spans 35+ years.  As a General Contractor his work across Washington and Oregon has included residential and commercial (structures, renovations, modernizations, seismic upgrades, and tenant improvements), 1,000 + acres of land development and over $500 million dollars in successful projects. 

In 2009 David opened Island Associates, LLC. He offers project contracting and consulting.  A summary of work under his personal business includes 150,000 Sqft of roofing projects, 20 acres of site development (including utilities) and 24,000 Sqft of buildings, and emergency remediations.
